The C175-16 is the first Cat marine engine with ACERTTM technology, designed and built from the ground up. This offers maximum performance combined with EPA Marine Tier 3 and IMO Tier II emission compliance without aftertreatment. With unlimited continuous and heavy-duty power, you get more power with plenty of room for growth, maximising productivity and minimising cost of ownership. With a bore of 175 mm (6.9 in) and stroke of 220 mm (8.66 in), the C175-16 is highly efficient and delivers higher propulsion power in a high-revving engine platform.
