Stock
DM has a large stock of Caterpillar and John Deere parts. This allows us to respond immediately in the event of a breakdown. In rare cases, a part may need to be ordered, but even then DM is able to deliver within 24 hours.

DM technicians only set out on their routes well prepared: with the right equipment and clear instructions. Once on board, the technician gets straight to work. In 80% of repair requests, DM solves the problem during the first visit on board.
